Create Your Own Workout is a 6 week program where I will teach you the 5 main exercises that you need to get great buns, tank-top arms and flatter abs!!  I will teach you how to make the exercises more challenging when you advance and how to mix and match them so you don’t get bored. Working out should be creative and fun and I will teach you how!! :)
